MARCH/APRIL 2008 NEWS: Andrew Lerner, CIC, joins the Demetriou General Agency A seasoned insurance professional and graduate from Stony Brook University, Andrew brings his twenty-three years of agency experience to the Demetriou General Agency, as Director, Personal Lines. Having owned several agency offices in the region, Andrew is in charge of a growing staff of fifteen, and will oversee all daily activities. Andrew, a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), began his career with Nussbaum Brunell Associates. As an Aetna agent in the Prime Agent program, in 1986 Andrew was selected as the Aetna Prime Agent of the Year. He has been closely associated with many organizations and has served as past President of the IIAAQ & KC, currently known as the Tri County Insurance Association.
