Notice
is hereby given, in accordance with the IIABSC Constitution
& By-Laws, that the annual meeting will be held on April
16, 2008 at the Sheraton L.I. Hotel, 110 Vanderbilt Motor
Pkwy, Smithtown, NY.
The purpose of the meeting will be to: (1) Elect officers
of the corporation for the 2008 - 2009 administrative year,
(2) Elect directors of the corporation for the 2008 - 2011
term and (3) transact other business as may properly come
before this meeting.
The Nominating Committee has submitted the following report,
which has been adopted by the Board of Directors as a slate
of candidates to be proposed on April 16, 2008.
